Changes to Course/Package

Students who have registered for a package that includes classroom instruction and need to switch or drop their course must do so no later than 5 days before the start date of the course. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit payment.

Refund Policy

Any refunds given will be less a $25 service charge.

BTW Cancellation/Forfeit Policy

Students who have registered for packages that include behind the wheel time and need to cancel behind the wheel appointments must do so through their online portal. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled behind the wheel time. Failure to cancel a scheduled behind the wheel appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of that behind the wheel time. Students will need to purchase an additional behind the wheel lesson (at the current hourly rate) in order to complete the required driving time and fulfill their state requirement.

Communication

All communication to students and parents will be done through their online portal, by email or by phone/text.

Absence/Makeup policy

Students who are registered for a package that includes 30 hours of classroom instruction are allowed a MAXIMUM OF 4 ABSENCES before being dropped from the course. Any missed classroom time must be made up in order to complete and pass the course. If a student is dropped from the course, all classroom time accumulated will be forfeited. In order to complete their driver’s education requirement, students will need to re-enroll in another course and are subject to a re-enrollment fee, based on the current course rate.
